Join us for the Make A Difference For ALS in Northern Minnesota! This fun run/walk is set to take place on July 18th, 2026, at Roseau City Park. Enjoy a meal after the event and participate in the "Memory Garden" to honor your loved ones.

- Pre-Registration Deadline: July 1st, 2026
- Race Packet Pickup and Registration at Roseau City Park:
- Friday, July 17th, 2026: 7:00-8:00 PM
- Saturday, July 18th, 2026: 7:15-8:00 AM
- Starting Times:
- 8:30 AM - Kids Dash followed by 5K Walk/Run (3.1 miles)
- 8:40 AM - 1 Mile Fun Walk/Run
- Age Divisions: 6-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-109
- Entry Fees: $30 before July 1st, $40 after; $85 family rate (includes children 18 and under) if by July 1st, $95 after.
- Fee Includes: Post-race refreshments, awards for overall winners, medals in age divisions (except fun run and kids dash), and many door prizes!
