Lümmellauf - Ahrensburg
The next Lümmellauf organized by SSC Hagen Ahrensburg will take place on January 17, 2027.
The route leads through the Hagen forest, an area characterized by its end moraine landscape and a unique wooden boardwalk that was renewed in 2019. This boardwalk leads towards the historic Burg Arnesfelde, a 13th-century castle ruin.
The name "Lümmellauf" comes from the Hagener Lümmel, a special sausage that is given to participants. Vegetarians receive a banana instead.
The event features electronic timing with transponders and is well-marked, with support from local youth and sports members. Expect a friendly atmosphere and a beautiful running experience.
