L.O.S - LAST ONE STANDING
L.O.S is more than a race. It is a Phase One Mission - an invitation to train for adversity, define resilience, and find hope, leaving no one behind. L.O.S is an opportunity to maintain line of sight and search for strength within.
RACE DESCRIPTION
Starting at sunrise and chasing the sun, runners will run a 4 mile route every hour on the hour until there is a Last One Standing.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
4 mile course staged at the 1.58 mile loop at Reardan Cross Country Track.
AID STATIONS
1 fully stocked Aid Station at Start/Finish in Main Parking Lot
CREW ACCESS
Tents in designated section of parking lot authorized by trail owners.
REQUIRED GEAR
Head lamp/running gear/food/water/electrolytes
RACE CHECK-IN
Friday 22 May - 5-7 PM - Race Location
Saturday 23 May - 6AM
COURSE MARKING
One course marker as the turn around point to make the 1.58 mile track a 4 mile loop.
SELF SUFFICIENCY
The aid station will have food and drink options but the runners are encouraged to self support.
