Event Details
We'll be back at the Palmieri Activities Center (PAC) on the Mount St. Mary’s campus again this year! This is a prediction race, so participants may not wear watches. Leave 'em in your car, your gym bag, or at home. The winner is the runner who runs closest to their predicted time. Note: FSRC Grand Prix results will be based on actual finish time.

Additional Information
Register online before showing up on race morning, or plan on registering from your phone at the race venue. We will not be doing in-person registration. Bib pickup will be held on race morning starting at 8:00 AM inside the PAC building.
Bring a food item to share for breakfast!
Weather: Winter race conditions may affect the event, so stay updated through the Frederick Steeplechasers Facebook Group and via email notifications for registered runners.
Volunteers are needed for parking, course marshaling, timing, etc. If you want to avoid the challenging hills but still want to participate, consider volunteering!
