Leskros Hradečák - Trail Running Event
Do you feel good where the asphalt ends and nature begins? Then you'll feel at home with us! We have prepared 100% trail routes with zero elevation gain! For beginners, we have routes of 2 and 4 km, and for experienced runners, routes of 10 km and a half marathon! You can compete in running or canicross. We also cater to trekking/hiking enthusiasts with a special "Jednadváca" route or a charity walk, the proceeds of which will be donated to the local animal shelter.

Race Facilities
The race facilities are provided by a beautiful spacious campsite with enough toilets, including showers. Accommodation is available in the area, and they are also accommodating to dog companions. The surroundings offer countless opportunities for trips, encouraging an extended stay for the whole weekend. There will be partner stands, and for those who are running canicross for the first time, there will be an option to rent canicross equipment by prior arrangement.

Canicross
We will race on the main GELOREN +-4 km route in the OPEN and ELITE categories. We also have a shortened CALIBRA 2.5 km route for dog seniors, dog juniors, and "My 1st Canicross Race." Our youngest athletes are not forgotten; we have added new junior categories for them.
Categories and Routes:
- +- 1 km - canicross younger pupils (7 - 10 years) - mandatory accompaniment by an adult over 18 years old
- +- 2 km - canicross older pupils (11 - 14 years) - voluntary accompaniment
- +- 2.5 km - canicross youth (15 - 17 years) - voluntary accompaniment
- +- 2.5 km - My 1st Canicross Race - non-competitive category
- +- 2.5 km - dog Junior (dogs in their 1st season, or dogs needing a shorter route for any reason)
- +- 2.5 km - dog Senior (dogs 8+ years)
- +- 4 km elite - men (no age or dog weight division)
- +- 4 km elite - women (no age or dog weight division)
- +- 4 km open - women + dog up to 11.9 kg
- +- 4 km open - women + dog 12 - 22.9 kg
- +- 4 km open - women + dog over 23 kg
- +- 4 km open - men + dog up to 11.9 kg
- +- 4 km open - men + dog 12 - 22.9 kg
- +- 4 km open - men + dog over 23 kg
Elite Category: This category will start at the beginning of the field and is intended for experienced competitors who want to measure themselves against the best. Anyone can start regardless of dog size. Podium placement will be rewarded with prize money.
My 1st Canicross Race is for all competitors who are preparing for their first time, or for any reason need a shorter route. In addition to the starting package, you will receive a unique brochure that will guide you on how to behave on the route, what to watch out for, and how to prepare your four-legged friend. To give you time and space, you will start at the end of the list. The category is not announced during the award ceremony, but your run will be timed with chip timing, and you will be able to compare your run with others in the results.

Running
We will race on the short GELOREN 5 km and MIZUNO 10 km routes. New is also a big novelty - the MIZUNO half marathon, which will be run in two laps on the 10 km course. Our youngest athletes are not forgotten; we have added new categories for them.
