- 8:00 - 11:00 Uhr: Startunterlagenausgabe im Freibad Lehrte
- 8:15 - 9:15 Uhr: Check-In (Schüler D, C, B)
- 9:35 Uhr: Wettkampfbesprechung Schüler D, C, B
- 10:00 Uhr: Start Schüler D
- 10:20 Uhr: Start Schüler C
- 10:50 Uhr: Start Schüler B
- 10:10 - 11:15 Uhr: Check-In (Schüler A und älter, Staffeln)
- 11:15 Uhr: Wettkampfbesprechung Schüler A + älter, Staffeln
- 11:40 Uhr: Start Schüler A
- 12:20 Uhr: Start Jugend & Junioren
- 12:20 Uhr: Start Staffeln
- ca. 14:00 Uhr: Siegerehrung Schüler A, Jugend, Junioren und Staffeln

Important Notes
- Swimming takes place in the heated 50m pool at Lehrter Freibad.
- Cycling is on a turnaround course.
- Running is on a flat turnaround course in Lehrte Stadtpark.
- Participation is at your own risk.
- Helmet required for cycling.
- No drafting allowed.
- Parking is available at Schützenplatz.
- Water, fruit, etc. will be provided in the transition and finish areas.
