Last One Standing Florence Court
This event is an elimination running event held at Florence Court, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh. Runners complete a single loop of a course described as approximately 4.2 miles that follows paths and forest tracks around the estate. The route is flat at the start, then climbs through trees to the halfway point and descends to the finish.
The event format requires runners to complete one lap within one hour. The field restarts on the hour and repeats the lap each hour; only fully finished laps count. If a runner does not complete a lap within the hour they are eliminated. No outside pacers are allowed; only participants registered in the event may pace one another.
Entry information recorded for the event includes open and close dates for entries and an entry fee of £80.00, which includes a booking fee. The organiser is Atlas Running. All participants receive a medal and an event t-shirt. Runners who accumulate 100 miles at the event join the Atlas Running 100 mile club.

Course Details
The LOS event will start at 12 noon. Runners have 1 hour to finish the 4.2 mile route before lining up and going again on the hour every hour. This will happen every hour until there is only one runner left. This runner is the last one standing the winner.
Course: This event is on a 4.2 mile route around the paths and forests of Florence court. Flat at the start then a climb up through the tree's to the half way point then down hill the whole way to the finish.
Rules
All the usual rules for a Backyard event apply. You have 1 hour to complete the lap. The race starts on the hour every hour. If you don't finish inside the hour you're out. Only fully finished laps count. No pacers allowed, only those in the event can pace each other.
Prizes
Everyone gets a medal, the only winner is the Last One Standing. Everyone will receive an event t-shirt. Any runner getting 100 miles will join the Atlas Running 100 mile club.
