Team Race: Teams of 2 or 3
Adult Duathlon
Adult Race Start Time: 8:30 a.m.
Distances: 1600 Meter Run, 11 mile Bike, 5K Run
Kids Race
Kids Race Start Time: 10:15 a.m.
- Ages 5 - 7: 50 meter swim, 1 mile bike, 1/2 mile run
- Ages 8 - 10: 75 meter swim, 1 mile bike, 1 mile run
- Ages 11 - 12: 75 meter swim, 1 mile bike, 1 mile run

Registration Information:
- Participants MUST pre-register. No race day registration available.
- No refunds on registrations.
- Individual Race Fee: $70.00 by midnight, July 21st (shirt guaranteed); $80.00 from July 22nd - August 6th 8:00am ET (no shirt guaranteed)
- Team Race Fee: $115.00 by midnight, July 21st (shirt guaranteed); $130.00 from July 22nd - August 6th 8:00am ET (no shirt guaranteed)
- Kids Race Fee: Register by August 6th, 8:00am ET - $20.00
Awards:
- Adult Triathlon Race: Top 3 in age category (5 year increments)
- Duathlon Race: Top 5 males and top 5 females
Notes: Bike course is on grass. Kids may wear life jackets.
