Come and join Saturn Running for their first-ever Labyrinth Run! The themed medal for this event will be based on the iconic movie starring David Bowie, which you'll receive after running a course along a stunning section of the River Thames. Starting from Staines, you'll have full control over the distance you want to run. The minimum distance is 5k, which is part of a lap. A full lap is 4.37 miles or 7k (this is subject to change to a 3.28 mile loop depending on course conditions) and you can run as many, or as few, of these laps as you wish in the 7 hour time limit. Run 3 laps for a half marathon, 6 for a marathon and 7 or over for an ultra.

Parking:
There is a nearby pay and display car park and some free parking in certain nearby streets.
Event day logistics:
- 09:00 7 hour challenge starts
- 16:00 7 hour challenge finishes
Aid Station:
There will be an aid station at the start line. Therefore you can access the aid station every 4.37 miles.
On Site Facilities:
There will be toilets at race HQ at the start/finish area. There are also changing facilities at the venue.
Bag Drop:
There will be an area where you can leave your bags. This however won't be supervised at all times so items are left at their own risk.
Distance Pins:
You'll receive a distance pin if you complete either a half marathon, mega half marathon, marathon, 50k or ultra in the 7 hour time limit.
FAQs:
Do I have to run for the entire 7 hours of the Labyrinth Run? Not at all! All runners are encouraged to do as many laps as they can but the minimum distance is 5k.
