The race will take place in the Thalenbusch forest area around the historic Jaspershof.

- Lauf 1: WJ U16 / MJ U16, WJ U14 / MJ U14 - approx. 3000 meters (2 laps) - Start: 11:00 Uhr
- Lauf 2: WK U12 / MK U12, WK U10 / MK U10 - approx. 1500 meters (1 lap) - Start: 11:30 Uhr
- Lauf 3: Männl. Jgd U20/U18, Weibl. Jgd U20/U18, Männer/Frauen - approx. 4500 meters (3 laps) - Start: 12:00 Uhr

Forest paths in Thalenbusch and meadows around Jaspershof.
Directions:
Take Autobahn exit A 28 Westerstede or from Friesland via bypass Westerstede (Ammerland-Allee) towards Augustfehn. Drive the bypass to the end (Autohaus Senger, Kuhlenstr.). Turn left towards Augustfehn/Barßel. Turn left at the third street: Zum Stiftungspark (30 km/h zone). Limited parking is available in the start area.
