Kratschmayer Triathlon and Staffel-Triathlon
The Kratschmayer Triathlon and the 21st Staffel-Triathlon will be held on the third weekend of July, starting on Sunday, July 19, 2026, as part of the Bergfest. This event is a sporting highlight set amidst a beautiful natural landscape.
Over 200 individual starters and around 50 relay teams will compete in the idyllic Neumühlsee, creating a true race atmosphere.
The cycling course requires full concentration and fitness from the start, covering the first two kilometers, but rewards participants with a varied and scenically impressive route. The subsequent running course largely leads through shaded forest paths, is mostly flat, and offers ideal conditions for fast times and an enjoyable running experience.
Participation is secured upon successful registration and payment. No separate confirmation of registration will be sent; please check the participant lists yourself.

Race Details and Distances
The event includes the following distances for the "Jedermänner" (for everyone) and relay categories (at least 1 woman must be on the team):
- Swimming: 500 m (Neumühlsee)
- Cycling: 20 km
- Running: 5 km (on paved paths and roads)
Entry Fees
The participation fee is €45.00 per starter for the "Jedermänner" category and €60.00 per relay team. Payment should be made to TSG Waldenburg (IBAN: DE35 6225 1550 0000 0158 99, BIC: SOLADES1KUN). Please include the participant's name and the keyword "Triathlon" in the transfer. Registrations after the deadline of July 3, 2026, are possible with an additional late registration fee of €5.00, but there is no entitlement to a finisher gift. No refunds or credits will be issued after registration.
A deposit of €25.00 is required for the transponder, payable in cash upon collection of race materials and fully refunded upon return of the transponder after the race.

Check-in:
- July 19, 2026: 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM at Neumühlsee. All starters must check in by 12:00 PM at the latest!
Race Briefing:
- July 19, 2026: 11:45 AM at Neumühlsee, or for relay runners at the transition zone (cycling/running) at the sports field.
Race Start:
- Individual Starters: 1:00 PM
