Start/Finish and registration: Kinord Hall, Dinnet on the A93 between Aboyne and Ballater ///driveway.calibrate.seaside
Race Date & Start Time: Sunday 11th October 11am
Registration bib collection: 8.30am to 10.30am
Race briefing: 10.50am
Kit requirement: it is essential that competitors meet RO’s guidelines: all competitors have kit fit to meet the weather on the day minimum full body cover, not asking you to carry it during race but to have it as weather can be mixed at this time of year, it is advised to have trail shoes but optional.
Parking: There will be limited spaces in main village pay and display carpark and overflow carpark available also be roadside parking on the A9158 between Dinnet and the river, marshals will be on hand.
General info: The route is fairly flat and all trail and a fast course. There is tracks, narrow paths and grass sections but all good to run on. If wet there is sections that can be muddy or slippery but hazard tape will be used so areas visible. Marshals will be located at points throughout course if assistance needed.
Refunds/Transfers: Refunds minus adim charge will be given until 1st Sept 2026. You can transfer your place to someone else until 1st Oct 2026, after this no more changes can be made. Please note there is NO DEFERS option for Loch Kinord.
Race insured and follows SHR guidelines. Only Male and Female categories will be captured in results for ranking purposes. We are LGBT friendly you have been able to enter our race as Female, Male or Non Binary.
