Ketziner Fischerman Triathlon
The Ketziner Fischerman, held annually in Ketzin/Havel, Germany, is a triathlon event designed for both beginners looking to experience the sport and seasoned athletes seeking preparation for other competitions. Participants can choose to compete individually or as part of a 3-person relay team.
The race begins at the Ketziner Havelstrand with a 0.6 km swim. After a short transition of approximately 100 meters to the changing zone, participants will embark on an approximately 18 km bike course. The route includes the Falkenrehder Chaussee and Apfelchaussee, leading to Paretz and back towards Falkenrehde. Upon returning to the Havelstrand, the 5 km run commences. This segment winds through the town center, passing the ferry Charlotte, market square, church, town hall, open-air stage, and along the Havel promenade before finishing back at the Havelstrand.
Following the completion of the three disciplines, participants will be celebrated with an award ceremony hosted by the Fischerkönigin. Various food and beverage options will be available.
