Event Description: This is a members-only event where participants choose their distance and have 5 hours to complete as many miles as possible. The event includes a fun "pig rescue" theme where runners can help "stuck" pigs for a prize, including a chance to win a Free Howl at the Moon Entry by finding the "Golden Pig".
Distances:
- Fat Ass - 28.4 miles
- Large Ass - 21.3 miles
- Average Ass – 14.2 miles
- Small Ass – 7.1 miles
- Baby Ass – 3.29 miles (howl loop)
- No Ass – Just here to party
Distances can be changed at any time during the day.
Location: Hide Away Shelter at Kennekuk Cove County Park, Danville, IL.

Courses:
- Mingo Trail: 7.1 Miles per loop. 90% trail, 7% grassland, 3% rock & asphalt. Features hills, bridges, and marshlands.
- Howl Loop: 3.29 Miles per loop. Consists of rocky road, trail, hills, and asphalt.
Aid Stations: None provided due to weather and time of year. Pack essentials accordingly.
Registration: Open till Raceday. Entry and Food are FREE. A Fat Ass Sweatshirt is available for purchase.
Check-in: On race day any time after 7:45 a.m. Must sign in and sign out.
Time Limit: 5 hours
Regulations: No bandits, radios, strollers, or dogs. No refunds or bib transfers. Must be present to win drawings.
Post Race Party: Immediately following the race at the Hideaway Shelter. Bring a dish to share and your favorite beverage.
