Welcome to the 3rd Annual Joe’s Spreading the Sunshine 5K! Let's continue to celebrate the life and smiles of Joe spreading his sunshine everywhere he went! Race fee is: $35 and includes a race t-shirt if registered by August 7th, 2026.
There will only be a limited supply of shirts and sizes after the shirt cutoff date of August 7th, 2026 so please make sure to sign up before then! The 5K will start at 9 AM at the Shelby Pavilion in downtown Shelby, MI. Check-In/Packet Pickup will start at 8 AM. Proceeds will go into the Shelby Public Schools General Scholarship Fund, managed by the Oceana Community Foundation, and will be used for a student going to a trade school in Memory of Joseph Veltman.
