Hyrox Simulation at Fit Body Farm
The 24th Hyrox simulation takes place at Fit Body Farm on 16 August 2026 in Kilmaurs, Ayrshire. The event includes Hyrox Youngstars for ages 8 to 15 and Hyrox Adults for competitors aged 16 and over. Youngstars are split into age groups 8 to 9, 10 to 11, 12 to 13, and 14 to 15.
Adult divisions cover a range of formats including Hyrox Half and Full, with options for full stations, half runs, or a no run option using a bike. Entries can be made for Individual categories (Open or Pro) and Doubles categories including Men’s Open, Men’s Pro, Women’s Open, Women’s Pro, and Mixed. The simulation uses the same weights and repetition schemes as live Hyrox events. First time finishers receive a finisher patch.
Entry fees are stated as follows: Hyrox Youngstars and Half Individual entries £17.50, Full Individual £27.50 for ages 16 and over, and Full Doubles £32.50 total (£16.25 per person). Fit Body Farm members receive a 50% discount on entry fees. Registration for the main divisions closes on 12 August 2026 and transfers close on 15 August 2026. The day will run from approximately 9am to 4pm with Youngstars briefing at 8:45am. The provisional division order will be: Hyrox Youngstars, Half Hyrox Individual, Full Stations/Half Runs (Individuals and Doubles), Men's Open Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Women's Pro Doubles, Women's Pro, Men's Singles, Women's Doubles, Women's Singles, Men's Pro Doubles, Men's Pro.
Although this is a non-competitive event, Hyrox helpers will be present to ensure proper form, count reps, and provide encouragement.
