HyFox at FoxFit on September 5, 2026
HyFox is a structured workout held at FoxFit on 5 September 2026. The format comprises eight stations performed in sequence, with a running leg between stations: full competitors run 1 km between stations, half competitors run 500 m between stations.
The Stations:
- 100 Battle Rope slams
- 50 Metre sled push
- 50 Metre sled pull
- 80 Metre burpee broad jumps
- 100 Sandbag bent rows
- 100 Metre sandbag lunges
- 200 Metres farmer carry
- 100 Wall balls
Weights for Adult Divisions:

All divisions will be covered including a half course in which athletes can do 500 metres of running in between each station instead of full 1km. The organiser limits entries to 60 places. Divisions include singles, doubles and half-course options. Start times will be emailed to competitors the week before the event. Judges will be stationed at each exercise for form checking and rep counting.
HyFox Cubs Category (10-17 year olds):
Cubs perform 500 m runs between stations. The weights will be as follows:
