About the race
The Hromová štafeta is a 4-person, 80 km night relay race held in Adventure Land – Vrchbělá, Bělá pod Bezdězem. Each runner completes two 10 km laps on a 2.5 km cross-country circuit, which is lit for night running.
The race aims to create an unforgettable atmosphere for families, including children. Come with a motorhome, set up a tent, and celebrate the last day of school!

Race Description
Each participant must complete two 10 km sections on a 2.5 km cross-country course that will be illuminated for night running. The relay allows for family participation, with children able to complete one of the laps, or younger children can run one of the circuits with an adult. The event is designed to foster a wonderful atmosphere where children can enjoy the race alongside adults. You can arrive with a motorhome, set up your base, and celebrate the last day of school. A supporting program for children and families is planned for Saturday.

A runner cannot run two consecutive sections. For family relays, combinations are possible – children can split one 10 km lap into 2 × 5 km.

The entry fee includes:
- Electronic timing with chip
- Parking directly in the area – 1 car/motorhome per team

Time Schedule
- 2:00 PM: Arrival at the area, prepared and marked relay circuit
- 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Race registration, chip and number pickup
- 9:00 PM: Race start announcement and briefing
- 10:00 PM: Race start
- 10:00 AM (Saturday): Estimated end of the event
You can stay in the area after the race until the afternoon hours to relax.
Registration Deadline
Registration for the race closes on May 20, 2026, due to ordering refreshments, t-shirts, and necessary materials. Registration is possible after this date, but without t-shirts.
