HRCA Splash Mash Dash Kids Triathlon
The Splash Mash Dash Kids Triathlon is perfect for kiddos looking for a way to "TRI" the sport of triathlon or tune up their skills for a larger race. The race will offer kids a safe and fun environment for racing. To encourage participation and enjoyment for all, The Splash Mash Dash Kids Triathlon is a non-timed event. However, we do have awesome finisher medals that look just like the medals they've seen parents collect over the years! We encourage every child to do their best and practice racing in a supportive environment. We encourage parents to manually time their child if they are interested in a time for their race.
Race Day Schedule
- 7:00 a.m - Packet pickup opens, transition area opens
- 8:50 a.m. - Pre-race meeting
- 9:00 a.m. - Race begins in waves (TR participants, 10-12 year olds, 7-9 year olds, 4-6 year olds)
- 10:15 a.m. - Post-race donuts!

- Race t-shirt
- Finisher medal
- Donuts to celebrate the completion of a great race!
Course Description
Join us for a great race! Athletes will swim-bike-run an approachable course at the HRCA Eastridge Rec Center pool and around Falcon Park.
4-6 years
- Swim: 1 pool length
- Bike: 1 lap at Falcon Park (approx. 1/2 mile)
- Run: 1 half-lap at Falcon Park (approx. 1/4 mile)
7-9 years
- Swim: 2 pool lengths
- Bike: 2 laps at Falcon Park (approx. 1 mile)
- Run: 1 lap at Falcon Park (approx. 1/2 mile)
10-12 years
- Swim: 3 pool lengths
- Bike: 3 laps at Falcon Park (approx. 1.5 miles)
- Run: 2 laps at Falcon Park (approx. 1 mile)
