Hospizlauf Kell am See 2026
The 24th Hospizlauf Trier Region Eifel, Mosel, Hunsrück will take place in Kell am See from Friday, July 10, 2026, 12:00 PM, to Saturday, July 11, 2026, 12:00 PM. This traditional charity event, held around the Keller See lake, combines movement, community, and solidarity for the benefit of terminally ill people in their final phase of life.
Participate & Do Good
The Hospizlauf is open to everyone: individuals, relays, clubs, schools, companies, families, groups of friends, and all Hospizlauf enthusiasts.
- Route: Approximately 2.2 km around the Keller See lake.
- Participation: Running or Walking.
- Goal: To collect donations together and show solidarity.

You can also participate without being there in person:

- Activities: Running, Walking, Hiking, Cycling, Inline Skating.

Background: A New Chapter for the Hospizlauf
With this year's Hospizlauf, a new chapter begins: On January 28, 2026, the association "Hospizlauf Trier Region Eifel, Mosel, Hunsrück e. V." was founded. The goal is to secure and continue the successful tradition of the Hospizlauf in the long term.
Significance & Impact
- Largest charity run in the region.
- Over €360,000 donated (2011–2025).
- 100% forwarded to hospices.
- Supported institutions: Hospiz Trier, Hospiz Koblenz, Kinderhospiz Nestwärme. The Hospiz Wittlich will also be considered in the future.
The Hospizlauf stands for community, commitment, and humanity. Every participation and every donation helps to accompany people with dignity in their final phase of life.
