The 5 km race, also suitable for beginners, leads to the former Café Berghof Schleimer and back to the sports field. This year, the Ense municipal championship will be held on this course.
Course
The start is at the sports field (Karl-Kleine-Stadion) Höingen and leads through the village of 2,000 inhabitants in the municipality of Ense for the first few kilometers. The majority of the course is run on paved roads. The 10 km race includes a short section on a gravel path. Every kilometer is marked. Type: Circuit (1 lap).
The 10 km run is only conditionally recommended for beginners due to the steep gradients!
