- Thunderstorms (Mid Sprint): 50 yard swim / 3.1 mile bike / 0.6 mile run
- Rain Showers (Short Sprint): 25 yard swim / 1.5 mile bike / 0.3 mile run
All divisions are USA Triathlon sanctioned. Athletes ages 4-16 can choose the division they are ready for. Ensure they can complete all three sports independently before signing up.
