Highs & Lows Tour 2025
The Highs & Lows Tour is a single day cycling event with 5 different distances to choose from. This year all of the rides start and finish on the beautiful campus of Plymouth Regional High School. From the mouth of the Pemi-Baker Valley we will ride through the Baker River Valley towns surrounded by beautiful New Hampshire mountains. For riders choosing the full century ride you will also be riding through the Connecticut River Valley and over Mount Cube for an epic adventure. This year we are introducing a mixed surface/gravel option because of the popularity of gravel cycling and because this part of NH has phenomenal roads to accommodate this style of ride. This option will feature 40-miles before lunch. For those hungry for more riding after lunch there will be an additional 25-miles also starting and finishing at Plymouth Regional High School. Each of the 5 rides are well supported with SAG vehicles and organized rest stops with plenty of food and hydration.
Our Mission
The Highs & Lows Tour exists for four main objectives:
- To raise awareness of mental illness and suicide prevention
- Destigmatize mental illness
- To raise funds for NAMI NH (National Alliance on Mental Illness)
- Come together in the community to do something fun and healthy.
