High River Half Marathon
The High River Half Marathon takes place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at George Lane Memorial Park. This event, sponsored by Servus Credit Union, raises funds for the Foothills Advocacy In Motion Society, which supports adults with developmental disabilities.
Race Details
The route starts and finishes at George Lane Memorial Park. Water stations and medical support are provided along the course.

Schedule
- Friday, September 11, 2026: Race Package Pick-up from 4-7pm at Snodgrass Rec Centre.
- Saturday, September 12, 2026: Race Day!
- 7:30am: Race Package Pick-up at George Lane Memorial Park.
- 9:00am: Half Marathon start.
- 9:30am: Kids' Fun Run start.
- 9:55am: 10km start.
- 10:05am: 5K, 2K, and all walkers start.
Awards
Medals will be awarded to the winners in the male and female categories. The organizer aims to expand recognition for other categories in future events.
Logistics
Parking is available in municipal lots and at Spitzee School, as parking is prohibited inside George Lane Park.
