Heel-Lauf 2026
The Heel-Lauf will take place in Baden-Baden on Friday, June 19, 2026. The event promises a great atmosphere with motivated runners and strong energy on the course.
Event Hub and Logistics
The Augustaplatz will serve as the central hub, providing areas for bib pickup, gear check, changing rooms, and showers. This setup aims to create more space in the finish area for catering, atmosphere, and a strong finish with fans.
Bib Pickup
Bibs will not be mailed. Participants can pick them up in advance on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, and Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Heel GmbH, Dr. Reckeweg-Str. 2-4, Baden-Baden. Pickup on the event day is also possible but requires planning, as the bib distribution opens at 1:00 PM and closes 30 minutes before each race start.
Catering
Finishers will receive free water and snacks in the "Finisher-Bereich." Additional food and drinks will be available for purchase in the Kurgarten area for participants, family, and friends.
Courses
- 10 km Lauf: This main race combines industrial areas, nature, the city center, and the unique Heel-Lauf flair. It starts at Heel and finishes in the heart of Baden-Baden.
- 4 km Lauf: A shorter route through beautiful green areas and parks, suitable for both beginners and racers.
- 4 km Walking: A walking option through Baden-Baden's green spaces, with or without Nordic walking poles.
- Kinderläufe (Bambini & Schülerläufe): For children aged 5 to 11, with distances of 200 and 500 meters. All finishers receive a medal.
