Health Meets Hope 5K Run-Walk

Description: This 5K run/walk supports mental health and IDD awareness. The event includes family-friendly activities, musical entertainment, food, and drinks. Awards will be given to Overall Male and Female, Masters Male and Female, and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in standard 10-year age groups.
Courses:
- 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles): Runners can choose between a track course (12.5 laps) or a road course around the school campus and neighborhood.
Registration Fees:
- $25.00 (until September 16, 2025, 11:59 PM EDT)
- $30.00 (after September 16, 2025, 11:59 PM EDT)
Race Day Schedule:
- 8:30 AM: Race Registration and Packet Pickup
- 9:00 AM: 5K Start
- 10:00 AM: Awards Ceremony
