Half Marathon Training Group
Get ready for the Seaside or Jersey Shore Half Marathons and other Spring Half Marathons. We divide up into groups based on ability. Perfect for beginners and first timers as well as those who want to improve their times.
Supported runs with water and gatorade stops. Post run refreshments. Shirt. All get a training plan to follow.
Starts on Saturday July 11 2026. Meet mostly on Saturday mornings (Sunday if bad weather or conflicts in schedule). Start Time dependent on weather but plan for first few weeks at 8 am.
Weekly group runs starting mostly in Spring Lake. Registrants will be notified of location and exact time. Coaching and training tips to help.
12 week program is $46.00 before July 1, 2026. $52 after or until full.
