12-Hour Trail Race
Push yourself for 12 hours of trail running. The race starts at 7 AM sharp on Saturday, February 27th, 2027. Runners complete as many loops as they are able during the duration of the event. The course is approximately a 3-mile loop consisting of grassy trail, gravel road, single track, and forest road. A light source is required as the race takes place during short days in February. Camping is available. Race starts at 7am Saturday morning and ends at 7pm Saturday night. Most mileage at the end of 12 hours wins.
6-Hour Ruck
A 6-Hour weighted race event on the same course. It starts at 9 AM on Saturday, February 28th, 2027. Participants are scored by how much weight they carry for each lap's distance. The score is calculated as weight (lbs) x distance (miles). Weight can be added or subtracted for each lap. A light source is highly encouraged. Camping is available. Race starts at 9 am Saturday and ends at 3 pm. Racers collect as many Kz (pound-miles) as they can in that six-hour span. Packs will be weighed prior to the start, upon finishing each lap, and upon heading out for a new lap.
Both events utilize a Race Passport system for tracking laps and weights. The events also feature FLAPs (Full Laps) and SLAPs (Short Laps) for the final hour. Canine partners are welcome in the 12-hour event.
