Gremlins - Marathons & Half Marathons
The Gremlins running event takes place over three consecutive days in December at Caldecotte Lake in Milton Keynes. Participants have the option to compete in individual events or multiple races across the weekend. The course is situated near the Premier Inn at Lakeside Grove, easily accessible from the A5 and M1.
The race route consists of scenic laps around Caldecotte Lake. Runners receive a route description at the location during registration. This event is held in accordance with 100 Marathon Club rules and provides official race support, including a starter, timekeeper, and race referee. Facilities such as water stations and toilets are available on every lap of the lake course.
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- Marathon: 7.5 laps of Caldecotte Lake with a 7:00 hour time limit.
- Half Marathon: 3.5 laps of Caldecotte Lake with a 4:00 hour time limit.
All finishers of each event receive a unique bespoke medal. There is a large pub car park available for those traveling to the venue by car. To participate, runners must be at least 18 years of age and ensure they are wearing footwear and clothing suitable for the conditions.
Entries are non-refundable, though a deferral policy exists for transferring to other events within an 18-month period, provided the request is made at least seven days before the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Cancellation Policy:
Entries are non-refundable. Deferrals are possible up to 7 days before the event date to another Enigma event. Deferred entries must be used within 18 months.
