The refund policy offers 75 percent refund four weeks prior to an event weekend, 25 percent refund two weeks prior, and no refunds within two weeks of an event. Transfer options are available with associated fees and rules. Organizers send a pre event notice in early June, a final notice shortly before the event with bib and wave information, and a post event report with results and photos.
