Grafschafter Ahrtal-Lauf 2026
The Grafschafter Ahrtal-Lauf will take place on Sunday, June 21, 2026, in Grafschaft. This event is jointly organized by SV Dernau, SV Hönningen/Ahr, and Grafschafter SV.
Start Times:
- 5km-Lauf: 9:20 AM (Year of birth 2016 and older)
- 10km-Lauf: 9:30 AM (Year of birth 2014 and older)
- 5km-Walking: 10:00 AM
- 400m / 1km Runs: starting from 11:00 AM
- 11:00 AM: 400m Girls (born 2019 and younger)
- 11:10 AM: 400m Boys (born 2019 and younger)
- 11:20 AM: 1km Girls U10 (born 2017/18)
- 11:35 AM: 1km Boys U10 (born 2017/18)
- 11:50 AM: 1km Girls U12 (born 2015/16)
- 12:05 PM: 1km Boys U12 (born 2015/16)
Award Ceremonies:
- Approx. 10:45 AM: Top 3 finishers of the 5km/10km races
- Approx. 12:30 PM: Age group winners of the 10km race, including award ceremony for 400m/1km runs

Start and finish at the sports field in Grafschaft-Vettelhoven. Address: Am Sportplatz 15, 53501 Grafschaft-Vettelhoven.
Ahrtal-Team-Cup:
This is the third race of the Ahrtal-Team-Cup running series 2025. Other dates in the series include May 10th (Team.flott-Lauf in Franken), May 14th (Murre-Lauf in Westum), and June 28th (AHRTuS-Lauf in Ahrweiler).
Registration and Fees:
Online registration via RaceResult is available until two days before the race.
- 400m Run: €2
- 1km Run: €2
- 5km Run: €5*
- 5km Walking: €5*
- 10km Run: €10*
*Late registration on the day of the race is possible up to half an hour before the start. A late registration fee of €2 applies for the 5km/10km events.
Organizational Details:
- Course Conditions: Field paths, some with gravel, asphalted paths.
- Parking: Available directly at the sports field.
- Changing and Shower Facilities: Available in the sports center at the sports field.
- Refreshments: Two drink stations on the course. Drinks and small snacks at the finish line provided by EDEKA Müller from Heimersheim. Drinks, cake, and sausages will be on sale.
- Prizes/Rankings: Every child receives a medal (400m/1000m runs). Prizes for the top three finishers (male/female) in the 5km and 10km races (gift baskets donated by EDEKA Müller from Heimersheim). Prizes for the age group winners of the 10km race. No competition ranking for the walking event (only timing and certificates).
