Goose Pond Frantic Frog Sprint Triathlon and 5k
The Goose Pond Island Frantic Frog Sprint Triathlon returns to the Goose Pond Colony Resort, located in Scottsboro, Alabama on Saturday, May 24, 2025. A 5k Run has been added this year. The Frantic Frog Sprint race includes a 500-meter swim, 14-mile bike, and 5k run beginning at 8 AM Central. Packet pickup is Friday 5 PM - 7:00 PM & Saturday 6:30- 7:30 AM at the grassy area just outside of the Docks Restaurant.

Note: Due to cost and decreasing participation, the Half Iron Distance has been discontinued starting in 2025.
