Gisburn Forest 10km Trail Race
The Gisburn Forest 10km Trail Race takes place on Saturday 1 August 2026 at the Gisburn Forest Hub near Slaidburn, Lancashire. The course runs on forest trails that are usually used by hikers and bikers and passes through woodland scenery.
The event is organised by Pendle Trail Running Club. It is licensed by the Trail Running Association and runs in adherence to England Athletics rules. Entrants must be over the age of 18.
The race distance is 10 km with approximately 184 m of elevation. The course is fully flagged and marshalled and is chip timed by Timingupnorth. Male and female category winners are recognised.
Included in the entry are a race momento and race goodies, a Gisburn Forest 2026 race medal, professional race photography, on site refreshments including hot and cold food and drinks, and professional event safety coverage and first aid. Optional race t-shirts are available to pre order for £17.
