Event Details
Get Your Butt Kicked at Route 66 features a 3-hour and 6-hour timed race, taking place at Route 66 State Park, Eureka, MO. The race runs on a 2.425-mile loop, perfect for both newcomers to ultra running and experienced athletes.
Start/Finish Area: Forest Shelter with adequate parking and aid station.
Race Times: 6-hour race begins at 6 PM and ends at midnight; 3-hour race starts at 7:30 PM and ends at 10:30 PM. Runners should bring headlamps for the second half of the race.
Course Details
Runners tackle a long loop initially, then switch to a short loop as time runs out. Only completed loops count towards total distance.
Aid Stations
The main aid station is at the Forest Shelter, featuring Ultra-Food and hydration stations. Remember this is a cupless event, so runners should carry their own hydration systems.
Parking and Directions
Access the park from I-44 exit 265 (eastbound only), with parking available at key shelters along the way.
Awards and Swag
All finishers will receive a medal and custom socks, with awards for top male and female winners across age categories.
