FUELLING THE BOLD 5K
Fuelling the Bold runs a monthly in-person social 5K at Bold Hest Bank in Hest Bank, England. The event takes place on the second Sunday of each month and the run lasts about one hour. The session is presented as a relaxed, social pace 5K designed for new and returning runners but is not a Couch to 5K program. Participants should have previously completed a 5K.
The route starts and finishes at Bold and loops back to Bold Coffee Shop where a free filter coffee is provided on return. Options for prams are available; participants are asked to message in advance to check the route. All people under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
