Frohnauer Stundenlauf – P.A.N. ZENTRUM
The P.A.N. Zentrum celebrates its annual summer festival with a one-hour run on its spacious grounds. The goal is to complete as many laps as possible within the registered running time (1 hour or 30 minutes) as an individual starter or as a team. After the time expires, every completed lap counts. In addition to the one-hour run, there is a Bambini and children's run for the little ones.

Courses
- 1Stunden - Lauf: Starts at 16:00. Participants aged 14 and above can complete as many laps as possible on the approximately 700m course within the given time. Fun is the priority, and all starters are evaluated together.
- 1Stunden - Team-Lauf: Starts at 16:00. Teams can consist of 2 to 6 participants. Laps are counted similarly to the individual run. Participants aged 8 and above. All teams are evaluated together.
- 30Minuten - Lauf: Starts at 16:30. Participants aged 12 and above run for 30 minutes on the approximately 700m course. Fun is the priority.
- 1,4km Kinder-Lauf: Starts at 15:40. Two 700m laps on the grounds. For children aged 8 to 11 years (U12 & U10).
- 700m Bambini Lauf: For the youngest participants.
Finisher Recognition
All finishers receive an exclusive finisher medal. Certificates are available for download in the results lists. Award ceremonies for overall winners (1st-3rd place M/W for individual/team runs, overall for kids' runs).
