Frankie's Vertical Backyard Ultra
Canada's first "vertical" backyard ultra! An "Everest" every 24 hours in lovely Mabou, Nova Scotia! This event takes place on the historic property of Frankie and his family, offering a stunning setting with a 370m ascent and descent every loop.
Everyone has 1 hour to complete the ~4km route, and standard 'backyard ultra' rules apply. Free camping at the start/finish is available for runners and their crew. Water and Tailwind will be provided throughout the event.
$10 from every registration fee will be donated to the Mabou food bank. Prizes include $750 for the winner and $250 for the assist.
