Fockbeker Dorflauf 2026
The SV Fockbek is organizing the traditional Dorflauf (village run) on Friday, August 7, 2026, as part of the village festival. After a long break, we are reviving a cherished tradition and warmly invite all runners to join us for this restart.
Athletic performance and social gathering go hand in hand. Along the route, there will be cheering, laughter, and support – a running event that not only motivates athletically but also strengthens the community spirit in Fockbek.

Schedule
- 15:00: Bib Number Pickup
Bib numbers will be issued in the start/finish area from 15:00. - 16:45: Children's Run
The children's run is intended for children up to and including the year of birth 2018. Older children should participate in the main run. The length is 900m (up Friedhofsweg to the junction Ostlandstrasse). Kindergarten groups and school classes are very welcome; please contact us regarding the entry fee. The award ceremony will take place immediately afterwards in the start/finish area. - 17:30: Main Runs
The 5 km and 10 km runs start together. The routes separate at the roundabout behind Edeka Schlüter. The routes are marked with signs and course marshals, but the roads will not be completely closed, so all participants must be aware of traffic. At prominent points, there will be safety measures by the police/fire department. Medical support is provided in the start/finish area and on the route. The award ceremony will be at 19:30 on the main stage in the village square.

Changing and shower facilities will be available in the sports hall at Bergschule on Friedhofsweg. - Publication
Each participant agrees to the publication of their running-related data (name, club, age, running time, placement). - Results
The results of the runs can be found here. - Liability
Participation is at your own risk. The course is secured by helpers at unclear points. Warning signs are posted on roads leading to the course, but runners are required to pay attention to road traffic as the roads cannot be completely closed. Insurance is the responsibility of the participant. No liability will be assumed for lost or stolen items.
