Fleetwood Half Marathon
The Fleetwood Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 23 August 2026 and starts and finishes along Fleetwood promenade. Event headquarters are at Rossall Point and the Beach Road Car Park just off The Esplanade; the start line is about 0.5 miles from Race HQ. The course runs beside the Irish Sea and includes sea views and coastal surroundings.
The race is England Athletics registered, accurately measured and uses chip timing. Entrants receive free photos and a bespoke medal. The route is fully supported with marshals, staffed water stations at 3, 6, 9 and 12 miles providing 500 ml bottled water, and medical cover supplied by Remote Medical Services. Runners are asked to use bins located about 100 metres after each water station.
Entry is open to anyone aged over 17 on race day and is by online entry only; postal entries are not accepted. Standard entry fees and a reduced fee for UK Athletics and ARC club members are applied. Day entries may be available at an additional cost. At Event HQ there are registration desks for bib collection, an enquiry desk, toilets, baggage storage and a key drop service.
