Join us for the Flash Fit Low-Key (Post) Turkey Trot, a fun holiday group run to celebrate the season! Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with no official timing. Participants can run the 5K out-and-back route along the W&OD trail while enjoying post-run snacks and coffee. Children who participate will receive a small medal!
