Fischerfestlauf Gernsheim
The Fischerfestlauf Gernsheim will take place in Gernsheim on Saturday 1 August 2026. This traditional event transforms the Gernsheim city center into a running track. This year, there are important changes for participants as the individual races will start earlier than in previous years:
- 12:00 Uhr: Kidslauf (2 km)
- 12:45 Uhr: Walking (7 km)
- 13:00 Uhr: Jedermannlauf (4 km)
- 14:30 Uhr: Hauptlauf (10 km)
On-site late registration: Extra fee €3.00.
The proven course for the main run remains the same. It leads runners through the stadium towards the Kiesloch, via Burgunder-, Marien- and Zwingenberger Straße to the laps in the city center and back the same way.
