The FIFA World Cup is coming to Vancouver, and we're kicking off the festivities the right way, on Vancouver's Seawall. Join us for a free, social 5K along one of Vancouver's most iconic routes, where fans from every nation come together to rep their colors and run side by side. This is your chance to meet fellow supporters from around the world, share in the World Cup energy, and connect with your community before the day's festivities begin.
Morning Schedule:
- 8:45 AM: Arrive, meet the crowd, and mingle with fellow fans from around the world
- 8:55 AM: Group stretch and warmup
- 9:00 AM: Run towards Stanley Park via the Seawall
- 9:35 AM: Back at The Grind for coffee, smoothies, matcha, and samples of SURGE on tap
