Remembering Their Sacrifice: Heroes Who Defended Freedom. This annual fitness event pays tribute to LT Michael P. Murphy and all service members who gave their lives in defense of our nation. Participants will complete the classic Murph workout—1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and a final 1-mile run—scaled or unscaled. FMWR staff will provide support and hydration stations during the event.
