With Fleet Feet’s Training Program, you’ll follow a holistic training plan designed to help you build the habits, mindset and fitness you need to cross the finish line feeling strong and empowered.
Training for a full or half marathon isn't just about logging miles. It’s about facing challenges, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery. With our program, you’ll connect with other runners, grow together and benefit from expert Fleet Feet running coaches every step of the way.
Schedule:
- Kick-off Meeting: Tuesday September 15th 6PM at Fleet Feet Winston-Salem
- First Group Practice: Saturday September 19th
- Group Practices: Tuesdays 6PM, Saturdays 7AM
- Race Date: YMCA Mistletoe Half Marathon, Saturday December 5th
