Fall Fling 400
Come join the CT Trailmixers for their annual Fall Fling 400 Minute and 4 Mile trail races!
Entry Options:
- Fall Fling 400: Complete as many loops as you’d like of a roughly two-mile trail course within 400 minutes (six hours 40 minutes). Minimum 28 miles (14 loops) is not required, but many participants aim for it.
- Spring Fling 4 Miler: Complete 2 laps of the roughly two-mile course.
- Fling Fanatic Series: Do the double - Spring Fling 600 and Fall Fling 400!
The course is a roughly two-mile loop with moderately rolling hills, mostly on single-track wooded trails with some dirt/gravel road sections, rocks, and roots.
Course Support: One aid station at the main pavilion start/finish area with food, water, and electrolyte drink. This is a 'no cup' event; bring your own cup or mug.
Chip Timing: Laps will be counted using chip timing. Only laps completed within the 400 minutes will count.
Race Proceeds: Go to local organizations including the Southington YMCA, Connecticut Forest & Parks Association, and the CT Trailmixers Shoe Scholarship Program.
