Fall 2026 Adult Run + Strength - Cary
This 12-week program is designed to help adults get and stay active by incorporating strength training with running workouts. It is suitable for both beginners and experienced runners of all levels and paces.
Program Dates: August 30, 2026 - November 21, 2026
Cost: $75 if registered by 8/23; $80 if registered between 8/24 - 9/13. Registration deadline: 9/13. No refunds or credits after registration.

Coached Sessions:
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM
- Saturdays (Group Long Runs): 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Meeting Locations:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays: Ritter Park (301 W Lochmere Drive, Cary 27518) & Koka Booth (8001 Regency Parkway, Cary 27518)
- Saturdays: Locations vary weekly and rotate throughout the Triangle area.
