Fall 2024 Half Marathon Training in Morrisville is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.
Program Details:
The class is 12 weeks long and is geared toward helping adults train for a half marathon: be it their first or as a veteran runner looking to improve their race time. All levels and paces are welcome! Class dates line directly up to the Bull City Race Fest (1/2 marathon and 5-miler) on October 20, 2024.
The class will include a detailed daily plan over the 12 weeks, with 2 coached group runs per week, suggested cross-training & strength training workouts, and Saturday group long runs. The coached group runs are in person, though this class can be done virtually when you miss: all info will be provided on the group run & route ahead of time so that trainees can run separately at another time if they need to.
Cost & Registration:
Cost of the class is $75 if you register by 7/21/24. Registration cost from 7/22 - 8/11 is $80. Deadline to register is 8/11. If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.

Cost includes: 12-week training schedule, 2 coach-led group run workouts per week, email access to the coach throughout the program, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), training class shirt, in-class/virtual seminars on running-related topics, strength training plan, coach-led Saturday group long runs, 15% off merchandise (shirts, hats) at The Running PTs, and weekly tips and running information from your coach and The Running PTs to supplement your knowledge.

Program Dates & Locations:
Program dates: July 28, 2023 - October 20, 2024. Group training will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6PM-7PM, and there are group long runs with all fall adult classes on Saturdays at 7:00AM-9:00AM. The class will meet on Mondays & Wednesdays at Church Street Park (5817 Cricket Pitch Way, Morrisville 27560). Saturday run locations vary weekly and rotate throughout the Triangle area.
