Join us for an evening run and yoga session with Charlotte on Monday September 30th at 6:15pm!
Charlotte, a breath work coach and RYT500 yoga instructor, will guide us through a 45ish minute session of practice. We will begin with a 2-mile run and then return to the store for about 45 minutes of yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat as we do not have extras available.
We'll also provide water and cups in a cooler at the store. Remember to bring water for the run if you wish!
We have space for 15 people, and spots will fill quickly! The first 15 to sign up will receive an email invite with additional details about the event.
This is a free event, so grab your running shoes and a yoga mat, bring a friend, and we'll see you on the 30th!
