On Saturday, May 18, 2024, Sound Community Services, Inc. will be hosting their 1st Annual 5K Run/Walk- “End the Stigma: Mental Health Awareness.”
Big part of the community's commitment to raising awareness around mental health and reducing stigma. Studies show that regular exercise can significantly improve mental health stability and symptoms.
