Empor Dahme Lauf 2026
The Empor Dahme Lauf is an annual running event organized by TSV Empor Dahme. It is not only a sporting highlight for club members but also for the entire community. People of all ages and athletic abilities can participate in various distances. The goal is to bring people together through exercise and promote a sense of community.
Competitions
- 10:00 AM – approx. 300m Windelflitzer/Kita-Lauf (up to 7 years)
- 10:05 AM – approx. 800m Lauf (6-9 years)
- 10:10 AM – 2.5 km Lauf (from 8 years)
- 10:30 AM – 5 km Lauf (from 9 years)
- 10:30 AM – 10km Lauf (from 14 years)
- 10:30 AM – 7.5 km Walking / Nordic Walking (from 9 years)

Start and Finish
In the Tierpark (Quellweg 1) in Dahme/Mark at the playground.
Start Document Collection
From 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM before the start.
Entry Fees
- Windelflitzer/KiTa-Lauf: 2.00 EUR
- Children/Youth (up to 17 years): 2.00 EUR (if registered through the school, the respective school's foundation will cover the costs.)
- Adults (from 18 years): 6.00 EUR
The entry fee is to be paid on-site in cash.
Late entries are possible from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM with an additional 3 EUR late entry fee.
